MANUFACTURING
1. Mining
Raw rock salt is hand selected from the Salt Range mines.
2. Sorting
Rocks are graded by colour into dark pink, light pink and white.
3. Crushing & Grading
Crushed and screened to exact mesh sizes from fine to coarse.
4. Lab Testing
Every batch is tested and issued a Certificate of Analysis.
5. Packaging
Packed in 25kg PP bags, 50kg bags or 1 ton jumbo bags.
6. Loading
Loaded into containers at our facility and sealed for export.

A bulk enquiry should identify the product, quantity, packing and destination port. Confirm the required grade, colour and size with the team before approving an order. Grain-size requirements for bulk salt differ from the shape and finish requirements of decorative products.
Customised packaging, buyer logos and labeling are available for discussion. Share the proposed artwork and any destination labeling requirements with your enquiry. Buyers can also request an online factory visit to discuss the preparation relevant to their chosen product.
The quotation covers price, packing and delivery schedule. Production begins after proforma invoice approval and a 30% deposit, followed by packing, loading and export documents. Confirm the schedule and documents for your actual order with our export team.
